I’m taking a break from my normal string of articles to tell you all about the Worthy Parts Industry Link — Auction & Expo, a two-day mining showcase that will be held in Kalgoorlie on December 3 and 4, 2018 at Cruickshanks Sports Arena.
If you’re a regular listener on my podcast, you know I’m friends with Michael Worthington, managing director of Worthy Parts. His business is an online marketplace for mining and construction goods and service providers — they’re the go-to mining marketplace in Australia.
So what should you expect at this ripper of a conference?
There will be more than 100 stalls for service providers to show off their goods. To top it all off, Worthy parts will be running an auction of more than 500 mining parts and machinery. I can tell you personally that I’m more than excited for this part.
The expo and auction are expected to bring in more than 2,000 national and international guests. It’s going to be a who’s who of the mining industry in Australia and abroad. I brought Michael Worthington on the latest episode of the Full Production podcast, and he gave me a rundown of the event. I can assure you, it’s going to be a great time and an even better opportunity to connect with those in our industry.
If you’re into Bobcats and forklifts, boggers and drills, you’re absolutely going to love this expo and auction. It’s a great opportunity for gearheads and mining enthusiasts like myself to meet with like-minded people in the industry and talk shop.
